Starter includes standard email support. Growth includes priority email support and onboarding help. AI Partnership includes priority phone and email support, plus a quarterly AI strategy call. We do not promise fixed response times.
No. There are no long-term service contracts or ongoing membership lock-ins. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and finish at the end of the current paid month.
Annual membership is prepaid for 12 months at the discounted rate shown. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next annual renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Our high-touch onboarding normally has a $299 setup fee outside the Founding Member offer. That fee is waived for Founding Members, so their onboarding is complimentary.
Five users are included with AI Partnership. If your business needs access for a larger team, contact us and we can discuss the right option.
